- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Eleanor is a most sincere therapist with the intelligence of the heart. I speak as one who had seen many therapists before I finally met this amazing lady. Mine was a complex case, my problem having stemmed from very early days and hence the manifestation of the "comfort of my coping mechanisms" was so heavily ingrained in my being. I talk of the nightmare of eating disorders. Without this lady I would not have been able to ignite that spark of self belief.....I didnt even know what I was looking for, so great was the self-loathing.
